Dark or Milk Chocolate, etc.

            Specialty frostings made with White Chocolate, Champagne, Framboise, etc., are priced per tier (one cake layer), based on the cost of their inclusion approximately $2.50 per tier for Champagne to $4.00 per tier for Framboise. The charge will be based on the current cost of including the specialty product in the frosting.

            There is no charge for delivery and set up within 40 miles of Watertown. Transportation to and from islands must be provided by the client.

            A deposit of 50% will guarantee our services, provided that the date is available. Please confirm your date with us before sending a deposit check payable to:

            14 days before your event, all arrangements should be finalized - # of guaranteed guests, sizes and flavors of cakes, flower arrangements, where cake tops and knives will be left, when and where to meet boats, etc.

            10 days before the event, the balance is due. We may charge a refundable deposit (to cover the replacement cost of separator plates, columns, stands, and fountains) depending on where the reception is held.

            A $20.00 service charge will be assessed, if items are not returned clean.
